What We Do & Why We Do It.

At Marshall's Golf Service we, like most golfers, were continually replacing what we had recently purchased with a new set which was assured to us to be the answer to all our golfing prayers. After many years of hearing this type of promise, we realized that it was us who had problems with grip, stance and swing because the "best for me" equipment was not made for me, it was made for everybody else. With this realization we began attending various schools concerning construction and repair of golf clubs while at the same time learning about how to find the best club and fit for you.

Here at Marshall's Golf Service we know we will never stop learning and we are constantly visiting other schools and have even now been honored enough to teach some classes as well. We use several various tools and systems to find the perfect system for you. Beginning with the two best tools a club maker can have, your eyes and ears. Along with those we utilize items such as a launch monitor to help club fitting by analyzing the best flex and launch angle as well as a frequency analyzer which works to determine the flex factor of a specific shaft that could be right for you.

The trouble that most of us find with the modern matched sets of clubs is that they don't really seem to know any more about the game than the old ones did. ~Robert Browning, A History of Golf
